Carlin began her career in real estate in New York’s Hudson Valley. She lives in Beacon, NY & focuses on homes in Dutchess County & the Hudson Valley. Carlin is an artist and member of Beacon Arts. She has a BFA in Painting & Drawing (UNT, 1995, Denton, TX). She also loves to snow ski, water ski, hike local trails and learn about the history of the Hudson Valley. She has also published a manifesto of her style of photography, Macro Expressionism.
